What's the best way to search for
books?The fastest, most accurate way to find textbooks is to
enter the 10-digit ISBN number. ISBN stands for "International Standard Book
Number" and is an identification number that allows us to easily identify a
specific college book edition. It is usually located on the back of the book
and on the copyright page. It can be obtained from your professor or campus
bookstore. You may also search by entering all or part of the textbook title
and/or
author.
Do I need to open
an account to purchase goods from you?Yes, once you are ready to
purchase, our online bookstore system will lead you through the necessary steps
to set up your account and place your order. However, you do not need to open
an account to view our selection.
Who else gets to see all this
information?

What do you charge for shipping?
The shipping cost is not included in the price of the book. It is an additional
charge. The exact shipping cost will be calculated based on the destination zip
code and the weight of the shipment. Our standard shipping method is UPS
Ground. If you wish to further expedite your shipment, you also have the option
of shipping your package UPS 3-Day Select for a higher shipping charge.
What are your shipping options?
USPS Media Mail, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground and UPS 3-Day Select.
When should I receive my order?
Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days after the order date. Standard
shipping usually takes an additional 4-14 business days, while expedited
usually takes 3 business days. There may be delays during holidays.

How do I track my package?
Log into your PhatCampus Account, click on View Order Status and History, and
then click on Track. You can also go to www.USPS.com or www.UPS.com depending
on the shipping method you selected. Tracking/delivery confirmation numbers are
usually available within 2 business days.
Please note that the postal service provides a delivery confirmation and not a
tracking number. So, instead of seeing the acceptance information and updated
scans as the item is en route, you will only see delivery updates with the date
and time of delivery or of attempted delivery.

What is your Return Policy?
Items may be returned for a refund (excluding shipping charges) up to 14 days
after the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition.
Any software media that may be included in the book must also be intact. Should
the seal on the software package be broken, we will not be able to issue a
refund for the purchase. All returned orders will be assessed a 10% restocking
fee.

book?
If you receive the wrong book to you, please contact Customer Service at

return merchandise authorization and a prepaid shipping label. We reserve the
right to send the correct book to you in exchange for the incorrect book, or to
issue a full refund upon the receipt of the returned book. Please note that in
order to rectify your order you must contact us within 5 business days of the
delivery of your order.
What if my class gets cancelled?

If your problem stems from being unable to get your software item working
correctly, please contact the technical support department of the publisher of
your software item, as this method can often quickly and successfully solve
your problem. The contact information for a publisher's technical support
department is usually found on the item packaging or included in the materials
that accompany your software product.

How do I cancel my order?Note:
Once you submit your order, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to go through
the regular return process. Please contact Customer Service at
customerservice@phatcampus.com to notify us of the return.
Will my refund include shipping
charges?
If the reason for the return is our error, (shipped wrong book; defective
materials; etc.), then PhatCampus.com will refund the shipping
charges. If the reason for the return is initiated by the customer, (ordered
wrong book; dropped class; etc.) then customer will be responsible for all
shipping charges.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, but only if you choose USPS as your method of delivery. UPS does
not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Do you charge sales tax?In
accordance with applicable state law, we are required to charge sales tax on
college books in select states. Sales tax is applied to the total amount of the
order and is based on shipment's destination state tax rate. Please be aware
that the customer may be required to pay use tax, even on college textbooks in
certain jurisdictions in accordance with applicable state law.
Is your site secure?Yes, we use
Verisign, the most trusted and recognized name for online payment on the
net. When you send personal information to PhatCampus.com over the
Internet, your data is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to
ensure safe transmission. All transactions are 100% secure.
Can I track my package with the delivery confirmation
number?
The postal service provides a delivery confirmation and not a tracking number.
So, instead of seeing the acceptance information and updated scans as the item
is en route, you will only see delivery updates with the date and time of
delivery or of attempted delivery. The transit time for standard shipping
(Media Mail) is usually 4-10 business days, while expedited shipping (Priority
Mail) is usually 2-3 days.
What is an annotated edition?
Annotated/Instructor's editions include printed teaching notes in the margin
and the answers to chapter questions. They have a different ISBN number than
the regular student edition, but the contents are the same. They are usually
offered at a lower price than the student edition.
Annotated/Instructor's editions are noted on our website with -A following the
ISBN and the comments regarding the book will also mention that it is an
Annotated Edition.
I tried to place an order but my credit card was
declined. What does this mean and can I complete my order?
To protect against fraud, we use AVS to verify the credit card address. If the
billing address you enter does not match the address on the credit card, the
system issues a temporary authorization. The length of time that the temporary
authorization stays on your account depends upon your bank but in general it's
not more than a couple of days. NO order will be placed and NO charge will be
made against the temporary authorization if your credit card is declined. You
can re-submit your order, but please remember that the temporary authorization
may reduce your available credit for a period of time determined by your bank.
